Nice to Meet You
Amy Good is a seasoned fitness expert turned Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), dedicated to helping clients reclaim their energy, vitality, and confidence through a science-backed, holistic approach. With nearly 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, Amy worked with countless health-conscious clients who ate well, exercised consistently, and “did everything right” — yet still struggled with weight management, low energy, hormone imbalances, GI issues and lingering symptoms that conventional approaches failed to address.

Frustrated by the limits of traditional fitness advice and the one-size-fits-all solutions often offered in conventional medicine, Amy was driven to dig deeper. Her pursuit led her to Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®, where she gained powerful tools to identify hidden stressors, restore function through advanced lab testing, and design protocols that support healing at the root level.

Today, Amy empowers clients through personalized wellness plans that honor the body’s innate ability to heal — when given the right support. Her approach helps clients take an active role in their health journey with clarity, confidence, and long-term sustainability.

Amy is known for translating complex science into simple, actionable strategies. She blends evidence-based methods with compassionate, personalized coaching to help her clients reconnect with their bodies, rebalance their systems, and experience true, lasting wellness — not just temporary relief.

Join Amy on this journey, where the integration of fitness and health leads to a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle, helping you live A. Good Life.
