You’ll complete detailed intake forms covering your medical history, lifestyle habits, nutrition, stress, sleep, and current symptoms. This helps Amy understand your whole health picture and track the progress you make throughout the program.

Using targeted functional lab testing, we go beyond basic blood work to uncover hidden imbalances that may be affecting your energy, digestion, mood, hormones, and overall vitality.
Depending on your needs, we may look at your gut microbiome, hormone levels, detox pathways, mineral balance, stress response, and immune health — all key systems that play a role in how you feel now and how well you age.

Amy Good is a seasoned fitness expert turned Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), dedicated to helping clients reclaim their energy, vitality, and confidence through a science-backed, holistic approach. With nearly 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, Amy worked with countless health-conscious clients who ate well, exercised consistently, and “did everything right” — yet still struggled with weight management, low energy, hormone imbalances, GI issues and lingering symptoms that conventional approaches failed to address.

Frustrated by the limits of traditional fitness advice and the one-size-fits-all solutions often offered in conventional medicine, Amy was driven to dig deeper. By moving joints through a full, controlled range of motion, using proper form to prevent injuries, and building muscle, we set the foundation for strength at any age.
