Wellness Jumpstart

Wellness Jumpstart is an 8-week individual lifestyle and behavior coaching program designed to help you reset, refresh, and build the foundation for lasting health. It begins with a gentle detox to clear out what’s weighing your body down, then introduces one new healthy habit each week—focused on diet, sleep, exercise, and stress reduction—small, impactful shifts that create big results over time.

 

This program does not include functional lab testing, making it a great entry point if you’re curious about natural health but not quite ready for the full commitment of The Longevity Reset. Along the way, you’ll receive unlimited chat support plus bi-weekly coaching sessions to keep you motivated, accountable, and equipped with practical strategies for fitting new habits into your real life.

 

By the end of 8 weeks, you’ll have more energy, better balance, and the confidence that comes from knowing you’re building a strong foundation for long-term vitality—one simple step at a time.
